Gustavo has over 30 years’ banking & finance experience. Gustavo is the ex-CEO of Standard Chartered Bank in Switzerland, having opened the bank from scratch & subsequently managed it for several years. Gustavo was also a Board Member of Cramer Bank. Previous to this, Gustavo was trained as an Internal Auditor by PwC. For the last 8 years Gustavo has been very active in the Crypto space & has launched several initiatives such as Carter. Gustavo holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from University of Chile, a Master’s degree in & an MBA in Finance from Oregon State University.

Adel Bhurtun brings with him a multinational and multilingual background. With a heritage from Mauritius, born and raised in Taiwan, completed education diplomas in London, Adel lives and works in the Web3 hub of Dubai. Previously, Adel Bhurtun held a vital role at the Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA), the UK's financial regulator. Adel served as a crypto-asset licensing specialist, responsible for evaluating and approving applications for crypto asset-related services such as exchanges and custodial solutions. Adel Bhurtun’s passion for the crypto space extends beyond regulation. Dr Demetrios Zamboglou is CEO of BlockFills in the UAE, one of the largest institutional market makers in the crypto space.
