Quý 2/2024, Đầm Sen Nước đạt 85 tỷ đồng doanh thu, giảm 13% so với cùng kỳ. Trừ giá vốn, lãi gộp còn 56 tỷ đồng, giảm 15%.
Trừ doanh thu tài chính đi lùi mạnh 48% còn 2.4 tỷ đồng, các chỉ tiêu khác không có tác động đáng kể. Sau cùng, Doanh nghiệp lãi ròng 39 tỷ đồng, giảm 17%.
Dù giảm lãi nhưng cũng cần lưu ý mức nền so sánh là rất cao, bởi DSN đã lãi kỷ lục trong năm 2023. Quý 2/2023, Doanh nghiệp lãi hàng quý cao thứ 2 lịch sử, chỉ sau quý 2/2022. Vậy nên, kết quả quý 2 năm nay vẫn có thể xem là thành tích tốt của Doanh nghiệp.
Dù giảm lãi, quý 2/2024 vẫn mang lại lợi nhuận tốt cho DSN
Lũy kế 6 tháng, doanh thu DSN đạt 136 tỷ đồng, giảm 10% so với cùng kỳ; lãi ròng 55 tỷ đồng, đi lùi 17%. So với kế hoạch được ĐHĐCĐ 2024 thông qua, DSN thực hiện được 57% kế hoạch doanh thu và hơn 53% mục tiêu lãi sau thuế cả năm.
Sơ qua về kế hoạch của DSN, các chỉ tiêu đặt ra đều giảm nhẹ so với thực hiện năm trước. Chia sẻ tại Đại hội, Chủ tịch HĐQT Trần Việt Anh cho biết lượng khách tối đa của công viên là 1.2-1.3 triệu lượt khách/năm và năm 2023 đã đạt được mức này. Còn năm 2024 được dự báo khó khăn hơn nên Công ty đặt kế hoạch giảm.

Cuối quý 2, giá trị tổng tài sản của DSN đạt gần 361 tỷ đồng, tăng nhẹ so với đầu năm. Hầu hết là tài sản ngắn hạn với hơn 333 tỷ đồng, đi ngang. Lượng tiền mặt và tiền gửi nắm giữ tăng nhẹ lên 282 tỷ đồng.
Doanh nghiệp có hơn 42 tỷ đồng đầu tư cổ phiếu (giá gốc), được phân bổ vào 2 mã cổ phiếu của Tổng Công ty Dược Việt Nam D và CTCP Dược phẩm OPC O. Giá trị hợp lý tại cuối tháng 6 của khoản đầu tư này gần 52 tỷ đồng, tương đương lãi khoảng 23%.
Bên nguồn vốn, hầu hết nợ phải trả là nợ ngắn hạn, ghi nhận gần 52 tỷ đồng, tăng 80% so với đầu năm, và không có nợ vay. Với lượng tiền mặt đang sở hữu, không có nghi ngờ gì về sức khỏe tài chính cũng như khả năng hoàn tất nghĩa vụ thanh toán nợ tới hạn của DSN.
Về tình hình các dự án trong thời gian tới, đáng chú ý nhất là dự án Đầm Sen Nước 2 - được ban lãnh đạo DSN đề cập từ ĐHĐCĐ 2023. Tuy nhiên, tại đại hội 2024, Doanh nghiệp cho biết biết vẫn đang trong quá trình tìm kiếm quỹ đất thực hiện dự án. Trước đó, DSN có nhắm đến quỹ đất tại công viên Gò Vấp và khu công nghệ cao nhưng do vướng quy hoạch cũng như công tác bồi thường nên không thể tiếp tục. Công ty đang hướng đến các quỹ đất từ 5-7 ha phù hợp với quy hoạch, sau đó mới xin làm dự án.
Chi phí xây dựng cơ bản dở dang quý 2/2024 chỉ phát sinh 291 triệu đồng tiền làm hệ thống dữ liệu quan trắc giếng ngầm, cho thấy dự án vẫn chưa được thực hiện.

Ông Ngô Phương Chí được bầu giữ vị trí Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Chứng khoán Quốc Gia (NSI) kể từ ngày 16/07/2024. Trước khi gia nhập NSI, ông từng đảm nhiệm chức Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Chứng khoán VPBank (VPBankS).

"Ghế nóng" Chủ tịch thay 2 lần trong hơn nửa năm
Chứng khoán NSI vừa công bố biên bản kiểm phiếu và Nghị quyết ĐHĐCĐ bằng hình thức lấy ý kiến cổ đông bằng văn bản. Kết quả, ĐHĐCĐ NSI đã thông qua việc miễn nhiệm chức danh Thành viên HĐQT đối với ông Bùi Trung Kiên, và bầu bổ sung ông Ngô Phương Chí thay vị trí này nhiệm kỳ 2024-2029.
Tại cuộc họp HĐQT sau đó, ông Ngô Phương Chí được bầu giữ chức Chủ tịch HĐQT NSI nhiệm kỳ 2021-2026 kể từ ngày 16/07/2024, thay cho ông Hồ Anh Dũng xin từ nhiệm theo nguyện vọng cá nhân.
Đáng chú ý, ông Hồ Anh Dũng mới được bầu làm Chủ tịch HĐQT NSI từ ngày 02/01/2024, thay cho ông Lê Hoàng Sơn. Thôi giữ chức Chủ tịch, ông Dũng vẫn còn là Thành viên HĐQT kiêm Tổng Giám đốc Công ty.
Như vậy, HĐQT NSI hiện có 3 thành viên gồm tân Chủ tịch Ngô Phương Chí, ông Hồ Anh Dũng và ông Bùi Quang Bách.
Tân Chủ tịch NSI Ngô Phương Chí sinh năm 1970, là Thạc sỹ Thương mại Quốc tế và có kinh nghiệm hơn 20 năm công tác trong lĩnh vực tài chính ngân hàng. Ông từng giữ nhiều chức vụ quan trọng tại các tổ chức và định chế lớn, như Phó Tổng Giám đốc Chứng khoán Bảo Việt, Thành viên HĐQT Chứng khoán Eurocapital, Chủ tịch Chứng khoán IB (tiền thân của Chứng khoán VIX), Giám đốc Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư SCIC...
Ông Chí cũng từng làm Chủ tịch HĐQT Chứng khoán VPBank (VPBankS) từ cuối tháng 9/2022, trước khi xin thôi chức vào cuối tháng 11/2023. Ngoài ra, ông còn có kinh nghiệm đầu tư vào một số công ty Start-up về công nghệ và chuyển đổi số như Gotadi.vn, Dpoint Loyalty...
Chuyển lỗ sang lãi ròng 15 tỷ đồng trong quý 2
Chứng khoán NSI vừa công bố BCTC quý 2/2024, với doanh thu hoạt động đạt gần 72 tỷ đồng, gấp gần 6 lần so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Tăng trưởng chính đến từ lãi cho vay và phải thu đạt hơn 51 tỷ đồng (+216%); doanh thu môi giới 6.5 tỷ đồng (+182%); doanh thu tư vấn gần 3 tỷ đồng (+1,518%).
Tại mảng tự doanh, lãi từ tài sản FVTPL đạt gần 10 tỷ đồng, cải thiện hơn mức lỗ gần 8 tỷ đồng cùng kỳ năm 2023, do chênh lệch tăng đánh giá lại tài sản FVTPL. Kỳ này, Công ty không ghi nhận lỗ các tài sản FVTPL, trong khi cùng kỳ lên tới 21.5 tỷ đồng. Kết quả, tự doanh thu lợi nhuận ròng gần 10 tỷ đồng.
Song song đó, tổng chi phí quý 2 ghi nhận hơn 59 tỷ đồng, giảm 23% so với cùng kỳ, phần lớn trong đó là chi phí lãi vay đạt hơn 47 tỷ đồng, chiếm gần 80% tổng chi phí.
Kết quả, Công ty chuyển sang có lãi gần 15 tỷ đồng, thay vì lỗ hơn 34 tỷ đồng như cùng kỳ. Tính chung 6 tháng đầu năm, lãi ròng khoảng 20 tỷ đồng, trong khi cùng kỳ lỗ gần 8 tỷ đồng.
Năm 2024, NSI dự kiến lãi ròng từ 23-24 tỷ đồng, tăng 14% đến 71% so với năm 2023. Sau nửa đầu năm, Công ty thực hiện được 82-85% mục tiêu lợi nhuận năm.
Kết quả kinh doanh 10 năm qua của NSI
Tại thời điểm ngày 30/06/2024, quy mô tài sản NSI đạt gần 1,626 tỷ đồng, giảm 86 tỷ đồng so với đầu năm. Trong đó, Công ty có hơn 600 tỷ đồng tiền gửi ngân hàng cho hoạt động công ty chứng khoán, gần gấp đôi đầu năm.
Về danh mục tự doanh, Công ty nắm danh mục FVTPL (toàn bộ là cổ phiếu niêm yết) với giá trị đầu tư 447.5 tỷ đồng, quy mô tương đương đầu năm. Công ty đang tạm lỗ hơn 9% với danh mục này (khoảng 41 tỷ đồng). Các khoản đầu tư lớn như SJS giá gốc gần 150 tỷ đồng, SAM (98 tỷ đồng), DVN (73 tỷ đồng), OPC (65 tỷ đồng)…

Trong quý 1, phần lớn các doanh nghiệp ngành dược đều ghi nhận lợi nhuận sụt giảm so với cùng kỳ. Tuy nhiên, cần lưu ý rằng 2023 là thời điểm nhiều doanh nghiệp dược đạt lợi nhuận kỷ lục. Trước mức nền quá cao, nhiều doanh nghiệp đã không thể duy trì được phong độ.
Thống kê từ VietstockFinance, trong 33 doanh nghiệp ngành dược công bố BCTC quý 1, chỉ 12 cái tên đạt lợi nhuận tăng (gồm 1 doanh nghiệp chuyển lỗ thành lãi). Các trường hợp sụt giảm lên tới 20 đơn vị, cùng 1 doanh nghiệp phải báo lỗ.
Kết quả kinh doanh của nhóm dược trong quý 1/2024
Rất nhiều cái tên lớn trong ngành phải đón nhận kết quả giảm mạnh so với cùng kỳ. Dược Hậu Giang là một ví dụ. Sau năm lãi kỷ lục ngàn tỷ, DHG bước qua quý 1/2024 với lợi nhuận nhiều nhất ngành là 222 tỷ đồng, nhưng giảm 38% so với cùng kỳ. Doanh nghiệp giải thích, việc giá vốn đội lên tới 21% đã kéo lãi gộp đi xuống. Cùng với đó, nhà máy Betalactam mới đi vào hoạt động cũng làm tăng chi phí, qua đó kéo kết quả quý 1 xuống sâu hơn.
Dược Hậu Giang đón nhận kết quả giảm sút vì giá vốn đội lên cao
Tương tự, Dược Việt Nam D với khoản lợi nhuận cao thứ 2 lịch sử vào năm 2023, nay cũng phải đón kết quả giảm sút. Kết thúc quý 1, DVN lãi ròng 81 tỷ đồng, thấp hơn cùng kỳ 18%. Hay Dược Bình Định ghi nhận lợi nhuận giảm nhẹ 2%, còn 67 tỷ đồng, trong khi năm 2023 cũng lãi kỷ lục.
Imexpharm cũng không nằm ngoài xu hướng khi giảm lãi 20% sau năm phá kỷ lục lợi nhuận, còn 62 tỷ đồng tại quý 1/2024. Giải trình từ phía IMP nêu yếu tố tăng giá nguyên liệu đầu vào là một trong những nguyên nhân kéo lùi kết quả kinh doanh. Bên cạnh đó là tình hình cạnh tranh trên thị trường và việc nhà máy IMP4 đi vào hoạt động (từ quý 3/2023) khiến chi phí khấu hao và vận hành gia tăng. Traphaco cũng đi lùi 32%, lợi nhuận đạt 54 tỷ đồng.
IMP cũng đi lùi sau năm lãi kỷ lục
Vẫn có những trường hợp ngược dòng xu hướng, báo lãi tăng mạnh trong kỳ. Ví dụ như Mekophar M lãi gấp 3 lần cùng kỳ, đạt hơn 14 tỷ đồng, nhờ đẩy mạnh thị trường làm tăng doanh thu, và tối ưu công tác tiếp thị, vận chuyển để giảm thiểu chi phí. Tuy nhiên, Doanh nghiệp chỉ lãi 25 tỷ đồng trong năm 2023, thấp hơn năm trước khoảng 40%.
Một trường hợp lãi “đậm” khác là Dược Trung ương Mediplantex M, thu lời gấp 4 lần cùng kỳ, đạt gần 4 tỷ đồng. Giống như MKP, phía Doanh nghiệp cho rằng, mức tăng này là do hướng kinh doanh thay đổi làm tăng doanh thu, đồng thời tiết giảm được nhiều mảng chi phí. Tuy vậy, mức nền năm trước của MED cũng không quá cao, dù lãi gần gấp 2 cùng kỳ nhưng vẫn thua xa thời điểm 2017-2020.
Với FRT, chuỗi nhà thuốc Long Châu có đóng góp quan trọng để Doanh nghiệp chuyển mình báo lãi, từ lỗ 5.1 tỷ đồng tại quý 1/2023 sang lãi gần 39 tỷ đồng vào quý 1/2024. Trong đó, Long Châu mang về doanh thu 5,534 tỷ đồng (đóng góp 61%), tăng trưởng 68%, tương đương 1.2 tỷ đồng/nhà thuốc/tháng. Cuối quý 1, FRT có 1,587 nhà thuốc Long Châu, tăng 90 nhà thuốc so với đầu năm 2024 và định hướng đạt 1,900 nhà thuốc vào thời điểm cuối năm.
FRT chuyển lỗ thành lãi với đóng góp quan trọng từ chuỗi Long Châu
Cái tên thua lỗ duy nhất trong kỳ là Dược phẩm Trung ương 2 (UPCoM: DP2). Tuy nhiên, Doanh nghiệp thực chất đã giảm lỗ còn 1.4 tỷ đồng (cùng kỳ lỗ 3.1 tỷ đồng), nhờ tiết kiệm chi phí và giảm được lãi vay ngân hàng.
Còn nhiều triển vọng
Nhiều chuyên gia dự báo ngành dược Việt Nam có nhiều triển vọng tích cực. Theo IQVIA - một trong những đơn vị ngành dược nắm số liệu ngành lớn nhất thế giới, tăng trưởng ngành được được dự báo có tốc độ CAGR 6-8% trong giai đoạn 2023-2028.
Động lực cho sự tăng trưởng này là 3 yếu tố. Đầu tiên, nhu cầu dược phẩm và các sản phẩm chăm sóc sức khỏe đang tăng cao, do Việt Nam có quy mô dân số lớn, tốc độ già hóa tăng, kéo theo nhu cầu chăm sóc, điều trị dược phẩm của người dân tăng mạnh.
Thứ 2, chính sách hỗ trợ ngành dược của Chính phủ đang hết sức hỗ trợ. Chiến lược quốc gia phát triển ngành dược Việt Nam giai đoạn đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn đến 2045 được phê duyệt đã vạch ra định hướng rõ ràng cho giai đoạn tăng trưởng tiếp theo của các doanh nghiệp.
Ngoài ra, quá trình hội nhập quốc tế đang tạo điều kiện rộng mở để nhóm ngành dược mở rộng ra các thị trường nước ngoài. Với Hiệp định thương mại tự do FTA, ngành dược được mở rộng mạng lưới phân phối, gia tăng độ phủ thương hiệu, để tăng cường hợp tác quốc tế.

Trong giai đoạn, cổ phiếu Việt được Quỹ mua mạnh nhất là DXG, với hơn 1.2 triệu cp. Xếp thứ 2 là SHS, với 959,700 cp. Các mã được mua ròng còn lại là NKG (634,000 cp), DBC (541,500 cp), và DIG (392,600 cp).
Một mã khác có biến động tăng là FTS (149,440 cp), nhưng đến từ đợt phát hành cổ phiếu thưởng với tỷ lệ 10:4 (cổ đông nắm 10 cp nhận 4 cp mới) của Doanh nghiệp.
Động thái mua ròng của iShares ETF diễn ra trong tuần công bố kết quả đợt review quý 2/2024 của MSCI (rạng sáng ngày 15/05 theo giờ Việt Nam). Quỹ đầu tư này đang sử dụng các rổ chỉ số của MSCI để tham chiếu trong các đợt review gần đây. Trong đợt review này, rổ MSCI Frontier Market Index không bổ sung cổ phiếu Việt nào mà loại ra NLG, trong khi rổ Small Cap bổ sung 10 mã cổ phiếu Việt (gồm INN, DSN, NDN, IVS, SGN, ITA, TCI, TVC, TEG, và NSC), loại ra 3 mã (EVG, TCM, và VNE).
Thời điểm ngày 20/05, giá trị tài sản ròng của iShares ETF là hơn 428 triệu USD, tăng so với mức gần 420 triệu USD vào ngày 13/05. Tỷ trọng phân bổ cho cổ phiếu Việt là 28.1%, với các mã chiếm nhiều nhất là HPG (3.22%), VHM (2.17%), VIC (1.93%), và VNM (1.85%).

Qua đợt review quý 2 công bố vào rạng sáng ngày 15/05/2024, rổ chỉ số MSCI Frontier Markets Small Cap Index đã thêm mới 27 mã và loại ra 6 mã cổ phiếu. Trong đó 6 mã bị loại ra, có 3 đại diện từ Việt Nam.
Cụ thể, rổ Small Cap đã bổ sung 10 mã cổ phiếu từ Việt Nam trong đợt review tháng 5/2024, gồm INN, DSN, NDN, IVS, SGN, ITA, TCI, TVC, TEG, và NSC.
Chiều ngược lại, rổ chỉ số loại ra 3 mã cổ phiếu Việt là EVG, TCM, và VNE.

Như vậy sau đợt review tháng 5, rổ danh mục MSCI Frontier Markets Small Cap Index tăng thêm 21 mã cổ phiếu, nâng tổng danh mục lên 370 mã.
Tại ngày 30/04/2024, cổ phiếu Việt Nam đang chiếm tỉ trọng cao nhất trong rổ chỉ số với tỷ lệ 31.48%. Xếp thứ 2 là Bangladesh với 21.51%. Top 10 cổ phiếu chiếm tỷ trọng cao nhất không có đại diện nào từ Việt Nam.
