Hong Kong, Sept. 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- I Win Securities Limited and I Win Asset Management Limited (“I Win”), both being wholly-owned subsidiaries of Garden Stage Limited (NASDAQ: GSIW) (“Garden Stage”), announced today that multiple strategic cooperation agreements have been reached with Indicator Global Inc ("Indicator"), an Investment Adviser Firm registered with US SEC with registration number 802-130189 and CRD number 331058. Indicator Global Inc is one of the leading investment advisers in the United States in a wide spectrum of industry practises. This cooperation further enhances the connectivity of the different clientele of I Win and Indicator and facilitates the development of the businesses of all parties involved. The cooperation agreements cover introduction of clients, derivatives, consulting, external asset management and a possible formation of a joint venture.
Under this agreement, I Win and Indicator will work closely together to share common resources and expand different market segments in compliance with the regulatory framework. The two companies will conduct joint promotional activities on a regular basis, such as forums and workshops, on relevant topics including market updates, index and derivatives product development and cross-border regulatory updates.

Hong Kong, Sept. 13, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- I Win Securities Limited (“I Win”), a wholly-owned subsidiaries of Garden Stage Limited (NASDAQ: GSIW) (“Garden Stage”), has been in advanced discussions with the derivative trading units of several investment banks, such as China International Capital Corporation Limited (“CICC”) and JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (“JPM”), with regard to I Win’s distribution of their derivative products, including but not limited to participation notes and options linked to the performance of A-share underlying.
Under the distribution framework with these investment banks, I Win will be able to distribute the sophisticated structured products issued by investment banks to a specific group of clients of I Win. These clients have to be Professional Investors as defined by Securities and Futures Commission in order to participate in the trading of these structured products. US equity futures were in red territory Monday pre-bell as traders turned risk-averse ahead of Friday's November jobs report.
Dow Jones Industrial Average futures slipped 0.3%, while the S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq futures were both 0.4% lower.
The November jobs report will be a key focus this week as investors seek clues to the direction of the Federal Reserve policy.
Oil prices slipped, with front-month global benchmarks Brent crude and West Texas Intermediate crude both down 0.4%, amid skepticism over the impact of voluntary production cuts from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and their allies.
US factory orders, due for release at 10 am ET, are expected to fall 2.7% in October versus September's 2.8% jump, according to estimates compiled by Bloomberg.
In other world markets, Japan's Nikkei closed 0.7% lower, Hong Kong's Hang Seng ended 1.1% lower, and China's Shanghai Composite finished 0.3% lower. Meanwhile, the UK's FTSE 100 fell 0.5% and Germany's DAX index rose 1.2% in Europe's early afternoon session.
In equities, Hawaiian Holdings shares skyrocketed over 180% in premarket Monday after the company agreed to be acquired by Alaska Air in a $1.9 billion deal.
On the losing side, Alaska Air shares fell 12%. Garden Stage shares fell 29% after the stock's debut on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Friday.
Nova Vision Acquisition shares slumped 59% Monday premarket following a muted session.
Garden Stage shares fell 30%, shaving gains from the previous session after the stock's debut on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Neximmune shares tumbled 33%, paring Friday's rally.
ShiftPixy shares were down 16%, nearly erasing Friday's gains.
