Bức tranh kinh doanh quý 2/2023 của nhóm doanh nghiệp ngành dược tỏ ra phân hóa khá đồng đều. Trong khi những tên tuổi lớn tỏ ra lép vế trước cái bóng quá lớn từ năm trước, vẫn có nhiều đơn vị đạt thành quả tích cực.
Theo thống kê từ VietstockFinance, trong số 32 doanh nghiệp ngành dược công bố kết quả quý 2/2024, có 16 cái tên đạt lợi nhuận tăng trưởng (3 trường hợp từ lỗ thành lãi), 14 đơn vị giảm lãi, và 2 cái tên thua lỗ.
Chật vật vì cái bóng năm cũ quá lớn?
2023 là năm các doanh nghiệp ngành dược nhận tin vui. Những thuận lợi về chính sách cũng như thị trường đã giúp nhiều đơn vị tăng trưởng mạnh, thậm chí lãi kỷ lục. Nhưng cũng chính điều này đã vô tình tạo ra cái bóng quá lớn, để rồi nhiều cái tên phải lùi bước trong năm nay.
Kết quả kinh doanh nhóm doanh nghiệp ngành dược trong quý 2/2024
Đơn cử, Dược Hậu Giang đạt lợi nhuận ròng 192 tỷ đồng trong quý 2/2024, giảm 27% so với cùng kỳ - thời điểm lãi quý cao thứ 2 lịch sử. Giải trình, DHG cho biết, sức mua trong quý 2 năm nay giảm đáng kể do người dân thắt chặt chi tiêu, trong khi lãi suất tiền gửi giảm mạnh dẫn đến doanh thu tài chính đi lùi. Ngoài ra, từ tháng 5/2024 nhà máy Betalactam mới vào hoạt động đã làm tăng các chi phí ghi nhận ngay, cùng các khoản chi phí cho nhà máy Nonbetalactam để nâng tiêu chuẩn lên EU-GMP.
Tương tự, Imexpharm từng lập kỷ lục lợi nhuận trong quý 2/2023 (đạt gần 80 tỷ đồng), thì quý 2 năm nay chỉ lãi 66 tỷ đồng, giảm 17%. Doanh nghiệp cho biết, lợi nhuận giảm một phần do tăng giá vốn hàng bán khi IMP chủ động điều chỉnh hàng tồn kho phù hợp với bối cảnh thị trường OTC (thuốc không kê đơn) trầm lắng; ngoài ra là do khấu hao nhà máy IMP4 theo kế hoạch, và tăng giá hoạt chất.
IMP đi lùi vì cùng vì mức nền cao năm trước
Traphaco cũng có kỳ kinh doanh giảm nhẹ với khoản lợi nhuận 67 tỷ đồng, lùi 7% so với cùng kỳ. Tuy vậy, kết quả này thực chất cao hơn 2 quý gần nhất. Đồng thời, mức nền năm trước cũng rất cao, khi lãi ròng 2023 của TRA là mức cao thứ 2 lịch sử, chỉ thấp hơn 2022.
Một ví dụ khác là Vidipha V. Trước “cái bóng” là khoản lãi kỷ lục cùng kỳ, Doanh nghiệp kết thúc quý 2/2024 với khoản lãi chỉ 16 tỷ đồng, giảm tới 44%.
Dù vậy, vẫn có nhiều cái tên tỏa sáng trong quý 2, thậm chí báo lãi lớn. Như Dược Việt Nam (Vinapharm, UPCoM: DVN) lập cột mốc mới với khoản lãi 249 tỷ đồng, tăng 56% so với kỷ lục cùng kỳ. Nguyên nhân do Doanh nghiệp đã cải thiện được lãi gộp, tăng doanh thu tài chính, trong khi tiết giảm được nhiều mảng chi phí và có thêm lợi nhuận từ các công ty liên kết.
DVN phá kỷ lục lợi nhuận lập ra tại cùng kỳ
DTP cũng có quý lãi cao thứ 2 lịch sử, đạt 64 tỷ đồng, tăng trưởng 32%. Doanh nghiệp cho biết, việc tung ra nhiều sản phẩm mới và đẩy mạnh bán hàng trên các kênh đã giúp doanh thu tăng trưởng tốt. Mặt khác, DTP kiểm soát tốt quy trình bán hàng, vận chuyển, nhờ vậy chi phí bán hàng tăng nhẹ; đồng thời tiết kiệm được chi phí lãi vay nhờ kiểm soát tốt dòng tiền và lãi vay giảm.
Tập đoàn F.I.T nằm trong số các đơn vị tăng lãi mạnh nhất với 36 tỷ đồng , gần gấp 2 lần cùng kỳ. Trong đó, mảng kinh doanh thuốc và thiết bị y tế mang lại gần 300 tỷ đồng doanh thu trong quý 2, hơn cùng kỳ 16%.
FRT cũng là một cái tên đáng chú ý. Doanh nghiệp lãi ròng 27 tỷ đồng, phục hồi mạnh so với khoản lỗ 219 tỷ đồng cùng kỳ. Trong đó, chuỗi nhà thuốc Long Châu được mở rộng, tăng 463 nhà thuốc so với cuối quý 2/2023, và mang lại doanh thu tăng 67% so với cùng kỳ.
Về bức tranh lũy kế, nhìn chung không có nhiều thay đổi so với quý 2. DVN và DTP vẫn lãi lớn, lần lượt đạt 330 tỷ đồng và 123 tỷ đồng, tương ứng tăng trưởng 34% và 39%. FRT lãi 66 tỷ đồng (cùng kỳ lỗ 224 tỷ đồng) với đóng góp quan trọng từ Long Châu. Còn các doanh nghiệp giảm lãi trong quý 2 như IMP, TRA hay DHG vẫn tiếp tục giảm lãi.

Vẫn còn động lực
Dù phần lớn các lợi thế của ngành dược đã diễn ra vào năm 2023, nhưng các chuyên gia dự báo vẫn còn nhiều triển vọng tích cực. Như IQVIA - một trong những đơn vị ngành dược nắm số liệu ngành lớn nhất thế giới – đưa ra nhận định tăng trưởng ngành được dự báo có tốc độ CAGR 6-8% trong giai đoạn 2023-2028.
Động lực cho sự tăng trưởng này gồm 3 yếu tố. Đầu tiên, nhu cầu dược phẩm và các sản phẩm chăm sóc sức khỏe đang tăng cao, do Việt Nam có quy mô dân số lớn, tốc độ già hóa tăng, kéo theo nhu cầu chăm sóc, điều trị dược phẩm của người dân tăng mạnh. Thứ 2, chính sách hỗ trợ ngành dược của Chính phủ đang hết sức quan tâm. Chiến lược quốc gia phát triển ngành dược Việt Nam giai đoạn đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn đến 2045 được phê duyệt đã vạch ra định hướng rõ ràng cho giai đoạn tăng trưởng tiếp theo của các doanh nghiệp. Ngoài ra, quá trình hội nhập quốc tế đang tạo điều kiện rộng mở để nhóm ngành dược mở rộng ra các thị trường nước ngoài. Với Hiệp định thương mại tự do FTA, ngành dược được mở rộng mạng lưới phân phối, gia tăng độ phủ thương hiệu, để tăng cường hợp tác quốc tế.
Tháng 2/2024, Chính phủ đã công bố Kế hoạch thực hiện Chiến lược Quốc gia phát triển ngành Dược Việt Nam, với năng lực sản xuất nội địa được kỳ vọng đáp ứng 80% nhu cầu dược phẩm trong nước và chiếm 70% giá trị toàn thị trường vào năm 2030. Kế hoạch này mở ra cơ hội cho các doanh nghiệp sản xuất, có thể kể đến như IMP, DBD, TRA hay DHG. Do vậy, động lực tăng trưởng trong các quý sắp tới là vẫn còn, bất chấp cái bóng lớn từ quá khứ.

Giá vừa lập đỉnh, IMP lên kế hoạch phát hành cổ phiếu thưởng tỷ lệ 1:1
Nếu thành công, tổng số lượng cổ phiếu dự kiến sau khi phát hành là 154.042.762 cổ phiếu, tương ứng với vốn điều lệ sau khi phát hành là hơn 1.540 tỷ đồng.
Công ty Cổ phần Dược phẩm Imexpharm (mã IMP-HOSE) thông báo Nghị quyết HĐQT về việc triển khai phương án phát hành cổ phiếu để tăng vốn CP từ nguồn vốn chủ sở hữu.
Theo đó, IMP dự kiến phát hành thêm 77.004.481 cổ phiếu cho cổ đông hiện hữu với tỷ lệ 1:1 (1 cổ phiếu sẽ được nhận 1 quyền, cứ 1 quyền sẽ được nhận thêm 1 cổ phiếu mới phát hành).
Nguồn phát hành là thặng dư vốn cổ phần, quỹ đầu tư phát triển và lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối tại ngày 31/12/2023 căn cứ trên Báo cáo tài chính năm 2023 đã được kiểm toán của Công ty.
Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến trong quý 3 – 4/2024, sau khi UBCK thông báo nhận được tài liệu báo cáo phát hành cổ phiếu để tăng vốn cổ phần từ nguồn vốn chủ sở hữu của IMP.
Nếu thành công, tổng số lượng cổ phiếu dự kiến sau khi phát hành là 154.042.762 cổ phiếu, tương ứng với vốn điều lệ sau khi phát hành là hơn 1.540 tỷ đồng.
Trên thị trường, cổ phiếu IMP vừa lập đỉnh lịch sử trong phiên 16/7 khi đóng cửa tại mức giá 93.400 đồng/CP và đến ngày 22/7, giá cổ phiếu IMP giảm mạnh còn 81.000 đồng/cp và chốt phiên ngày 13/8 giá tại mức giá 84.000 đồng/CP.
Vừa qua, IPM là đã phát hành 6.999.832 cổ phiếu để trả cổ tức năm 2023. Theo đó, nâng số lượng chứng khoán sau khi thay đổi niêm yết là 77.038.281 cổ phiếu. Ngày giao dịch của chứng khoán thay đổi niêm yết là ngày 16/8 tới.
Kết thúc quý 2/2024, công ty ghi nhận doanh thu thuần tăng 17,6% lên 517,22 tỷ đồng; lợi nhuận gộp tăng 3,9% đạt hơn 200 tỷ, chi phí bán hàng và chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp tăng lần lượt 18 và 22% dẫn đến lợi nhuận thuần từ hoạt động kinh doanh giảm 17% còn hơn 82 tỷ và lợi nhuận sau thuế giảm 17,3% đạt gần 66 tỷ đồng.
Theo IMP, lợi nhuận lỗ là do biến động tăng giá nguồn nguyên liệu đầu vào; giảm sản lượng sản xuất tại nhà máy IMP1 do thị trường OTC tăng trưởng chậm; trong khi đó, nhà máy IMP4 chính thức đi vào hoạt động (quý 3/2024) kéo theo chi phí khấu hao và vận hành tăng.
Lũy kế 6 tháng đầu năm 2024, IMP ghi nhận doanh thu thuần đạt 1.008 tỷ đồng, tăng 10% so với cùng kỳ năm trước; Doanh thu bán hàng trên kênh ETC trong nửa đầu năm tăng 33% so với cùng kỳ; Doanh thu bán hàng qua kênh chuỗi tăng 141% so với nửa đầu năm ngoái; Lợi nhuận trước thuế và EBITDA ghi nhận ở mức 161 tỷ đồng và 215 tỷ đồng, duy trì biên EBITDA ổn định ở mức 21%.
Cổ đông Dược Hậu Giang, Bất động sản An Gia, Cơ khí An Giang… chuẩn bị nhận cổ tức lên tới 50%
Tháng 8/2024, nhiều doanh nghiệp thông báo chốt danh sách trả cổ tức bằng tiền mặt và cổ phiếu, bao gồm: Dược Hậu Giang, Bất động sản An Gia, Cơ khí An Giang, Vinatex Đà Nẵng…
Thời gian gần đây, loạt doanh nghiệp niêm yết đã thông báo chốt danh sách cổ đông để chi trả cổ tức bằng cả tiền mặt và cổ phiếu. Theo khảo sát, mức cổ tức cao nhất là 32%, trong khi mức thấp nhất là 4,5%.
Trong số này, Công ty Cổ phần Cơ Khí An Giang (mã chứng khoán: CKA) là doanh nghiệp có mức chi trả cổ tức cao nhất lên tới 50%. Theo đó, Cơ khí An Giang cho biết ngày 17/9/2024 là ngày đăng ký cuối cùng để chốt danh sách nhận cổ tức năm 2023 bằng tiền với tỷ lệ 50%, tương đương cổ đông sở hữu 1 cổ phiếu được nhận về 5.000 đồng.
Với gần 3,3 triệu cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, doanh nghiệp cơ khí này dự kiến phải chi khoảng 16,5 tỷ đồng cho đợt trả cổ tức. Cơ khí An Giang cũng cho biết ngày thanh toán dự kiến là ngày 3/10/2024.
Phần lớn cổ tức sẽ chảy về túi Tổng Công ty Máy động lực và Máy nông nghiệp Việt Nam - CTCP (VEAM, mã chứng khoán: VEA) khi sở hữu tới 47,41% vốn điều lệ CKA.
Tương tự, Công ty Cổ phần dược Hậu Giang (mã chứng khoán: DHG) cũng thông báo về việc chi trả cổ tức đợt 2/2023 bằng tiền mặt tỷ lệ 35%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu mỗi 1 cổ phiếu sẽ nhận được 3.500 đồng. Theo đó, ngày chốt danh sách cuối cùng là ngày 9/8/2024 và thời gian thanh toán dự kiến là ngày 21/8/2024.
Được biết, đây là lần tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 2/2023, nằm trong kế hoạch trả cổ tức kỷ lục với tỷ lệ 75%. Trước đó, Dược Hậu Giang đã tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 1 vào ngày 26/6/2024 với tỷ lệ 40%.
Vừa qua, Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Phát triển Bất động sản An Gia (mã chứng khoán: AGG) cũng thông qua kế hoạch chi trả cổ tức năm 2023 bằng cổ phiếu với tỷ lệ 25%, tương ứng mỗi cổ đông sở hữu 100 cổ phiếu nhận được 25 cổ phiếu mới.
Thời gian đăng ký cuối cùng là ngày 8/8/2024, nguồn vốn phát hành được lấy từ lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối trên báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất 2023 đã kiểm toán.
Ngày 8/8/2024, Công ty Cổ phần Vinatex Đà Nẵng (mã chứng khoán: VDN) sẽ chốt danh sách cổ đông trả cổ tức năm 2023 bằng tiền với tỷ lệ 20% (1 cổ phiếu được nhận 2.000 đồng).
Với 3,13 triệu cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, ước tính Vinatex Đà Nẵng sẽ phải chi khoảng 6,2 tỷ đồng để thanh toán cổ tức. Trong đó, Tập đoàn Dệt may Việt Nam (Vinatex – mã chứng khoán: VGT) hiện sở hữu 28,64% vốn điều lệ. Như vậy, Vinatex dự kiến nhận về khoảng 1,8 tỷ đồng cổ tức.
Cùng khoảng thời gian trên, Công ty Cổ phần CNT (mã chứng khoán: CNT) sẽ chốt danh sách cổ đông chi trả cổ tức năm 2023 bằng tiền mặt và cổ phiếu theo tỷ lệ 27%, với 1% bằng tiền và 26% bằng cổ phiếu.
Như vậy với hơn 39,9 triệu cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, CNT sẽ phát hành khoảng 10,3 triệu cổ phiếu trả cổ tức đợt này cho cổ đông, cùng với tổng số tiền dự kiến dành để chia cổ tức là gần 4 tỷ đồng.
Đáng chú ý, “tân binh” mới chào sàn trong năm nay là Công ty Cổ phần Đồng Tân (mã chứng khoán: D17) cũng thông báo chốt danh sách trả cổ tức năm 2023 với tỷ lệ 20% bằng tiền (1 cổ phiếu sẽ nhận được 2.000 đồng). Theo đó, ngày đăng ký cuối cùng để nhận cổ tức là ngày 14/8/2024 và ngày thanh toán dự kiến là 28/8/2024.
Theo giới thiệu, Công ty Đồng Tân tiền thân là Công ty TNHH MTV Đồng Tân được thành lập theo quyết định số 556 ngày 11/08/1993 của Bộ trưởng Quốc phòng; ngành nghề ban đầu chủ yếu là trồng cây công nghiệp, chăn nuôi và dịch vụ.
Từ năm 1995 đến nay, doanh nghiệp chuyển đổi sang hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh khai thác mỏ, được nhà nước giao đất và cấp giấy phép khai thác mỏ, xây dựng dân dụng, công nghiệp, xây dựng công trình giao thông cầu đường, san lấp mặt bằng xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng, kinh doanh nhà.
CTCP Dược Hậu Giang chỉ ra một vài nguyên nhân khiến kết quả quý 2/2024 đi lùi so với cùng kỳ, trong đó có sức mua, lãi suất và các khoản chi phí liên quan đến nhà máy Betalactam mới đi vào hoạt động.

Trong quý 2, DHC đạt hơn 1.1 ngàn tỷ đồng doanh thu, giảm nhẹ so với cùng kỳ. Giá vốn theo chiều ngược lại, tăng 3%. Sau khấu trừ, lãi gộp còn 498 tỷ đồng, thấp hơn cùng kỳ 11%.
Doanh thu tài chính trong kỳ giảm sâu 40%, còn 35 tỷ đồng. Chi phí bán hàng tiếp tục neo cao ở mức 225 tỷ đồng, dù giảm 6%. Cùng với khoản lỗ khác 5.5 tỷ đồng, lãi sau thuế của DHG còn 192 tỷ đồng, đi lùi 27%.
Giải trình, DHG cho biết sức mua trong quý 2 năm nay giảm đáng kể do người dân thắt chặt chi tiêu. Mặt khác, lãi suất tiền gửi giảm mạnh dẫn đến doanh thu tài chính đi lùi. Ngoài ra, DHG đưa nhà máy Betalactam mới vào hoạt động từ tháng 5/2024, làm tăng các chi phí ghi nhận ngay, cùng các khoản chi phí cho nhà máy Nonbetalactam để nâng tiêu chuẩn lên EU-GMP.
Đồng thời, giá thành sản phẩm của DHG tăng lên do sự chủ động điều tiết sản lượng, đưa dự trữ tồn kho về mức hợp lý. Tỷ trọng doanh thu hàng khác (với tỷ suất lợi nhuận thấp hơn) cũng tăng so với cùng kỳ, dẫn đến giá vốn tăng lên và làm lợi nhuận thu hẹp.
Lũy kế 6 tháng, doanh thu của DHG giảm nhẹ còn hơn 2.36 ngàn tỷ đồng; lãi sau thuế 415 tỷ đồng, giảm 34%. So với kế hoạch, Doanh nghiệp thực hiện được 46% mục tiêu doanh thu và hơn 38% kế hoạch lãi sau thuế cả năm.

Dù kết quả đi lùi và chưa được như kế hoạch, DHG vẫn đang giữ những “lá bài tẩy”. Tại ĐHĐCĐ, Doanh nghiệp tiết lộ các nhà máy hiện tại đều chưa khai thác hết công suất do vận hành song song với nhà máy cũ, và để dư công suất để chuẩn bị cho tương lai mở rộng. DHG dự kiến các nhà máy sẽ sử dụng hết 100% công suất nhà máy cho các sản phẩm hiện tại và sản phẩm mới, cho thấy vẫn có tiềm năng tăng trưởng tốt. Bên cạnh đó, việc nâng cấp tiêu chuẩn EU-GMP cho các nhà máy cũng tăng khả năng trúng thầu và tạo nền tảng cho Doanh nghiệp vươn ra thị trường quốc tế.
Ngoài ra, mảng kháng sinh cạnh tranh với đối thủ trực tiếp Imexpharm thực chất có sự khác biệt, bởi IMP mạnh ở thuốc tiêm, còn DHG mạnh ở thuốc viên.
Vào cuối tháng 6, tổng tài sản của DHG tăng nhẹ so với đầu năm, đạt gần 6.16 ngàn tỷ đồng, với hơn 4.7 ngàn tỷ đồng là tài sản ngắn hạn. Trong đó, lượng tiền mặt và tiền gửi tăng 17%, lên hơn 2.7 ngàn tỷ đồng. Tồn kho giảm 10%, còn gần 1.4 ngàn tỷ đồng.
Một chỉ tiêu đáng chú ý là chi phí xây dựng cơ bản dở dang dài hạn, giảm mạnh còn 132 tỷ đồng (đầu năm gần 554 tỷ đồng), chủ yếu giảm ở khoản đầu tư cho Dự án mở rộng nhà máy Dược phẩm và nhà máy in bao bì DHG.
Bên nguồn vốn, nợ ngắn hạn chiếm hầu hết nợ phải trả, ghi nhận 1.8 ngàn tỷ đồng, tăng 54%. Giá trị nợ ngắn hạn thấp hơn tiền, nên không nghi ngờ gì về khả năng hoàn tất nghĩa vụ thanh toán với của DHG.
Về nợ vay, Doanh nghiệp có 811 tỷ đồng nợ vay ngắn hạn từ ngân hàng, tăng 42% so với đầu năm.

Đây là lần tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 2/2023, nằm trong kế hoạch trả cổ tức kỷ lục với tỷ lệ 75%. Đợt 1 đã diễn ra vào ngày 26/06, tỷ lệ 40%, tương đương mức chi khoảng 524 tỷ đồng. Tổng 2 đợt cổ tức, DHG đã tạm ứng gần 981 tỷ đồng. Bên cạnh đó, DHG dự kiến duy trì tỷ lệ cổ tức này đối với phần lợi nhuận năm 2024.

Trong tuần tới, có 2 doanh nghiệp chốt quyền trả cổ tức bằng cổ phiếu là CNT và AGG, với tỷ lệ thực hiện tương ứng là 26% và 25%. Ngày giao dịch không hưởng quyền là 07/08/2024.
