Nỗ lực co kéo trụ, thanh khoản sụt giảm mạnh
Loạt cổ phiếu vốn hóa lớn nhất như VHM, VIC, VCB, BID, FPT giằng co quanh tham chiếu trong khi VNM bất ngờ nổi bật nhưng cũng không thể xoay chuyển tình thế. VN-Index từ chỗ giảm sâu nhất gần 3 điểm đảo chiều tăng cao nhất 2,3 điểm và kết phiên tăng 0,28 điểm. Biên độ dao động rất hẹp này xuất hiện trên nền thanh khoản kém nhất 7 phiên sáng trở lại đây.
Diễn biến độ rộng VN-Index cũng cho thấy hiện tượng “đánh võng” xuất hiện ở cả cổ phiếu: Tại đáy lúc 10h20 chỉ số ghi nhận 112 mã tăng/197 mã giảm, tại đỉnh lúc 11h08 là 167 mã tăng/151 mã giảm và kết phiên là 156 mã tăng/166 mã giảm. Đây là trạng thái giằng co cân bằng khá tích cực nếu nhìn từ phiên lao dốc hôm qua cũng như chứng khoán thế giới có phiên điều chỉnh.
Tổng giá trị khớp lệnh sàn HoSE sáng nay sụt giảm mạnh hơn 34% so với sáng hôm qua, chỉ đạt 5.075 tỷ đồng, thấp nhất 7 phiên. Tính cả HNX, thanh khoản giảm 35% còn 5.344 tỷ đồng. Rổ VN30 cũng giảm hơn 32% chỉ đạt 2.829 tỷ đồng.
Thanh khoản giảm không hẳn là tín hiệu xấu vì thị trường đang đi đến thời điểm đáo hạn phái sinh và nhà đầu tư có xu hướng giao dịch thận trọng. Mặt khác, tuy thanh khoản giảm nhưng cổ phiếu cũng không biến động nhiều. Cụ thể, một mặt độ rộng tổng thể cân bằng, mặt khác trong số 166 mã đỏ chỉ có 41 mã giảm hơn 1% với thanh khoản chỉ chiếm 7,1% giá trị khớp sàn HoSE. Phía 156 mã tăng cũng chỉ 47 mã tăng hơn 1%, tập trung 21,2% thanh khoản sàn. Nhìn từ góc độ phân bổ dòng tiền thậm chí phía tăng còn nhỉnh hơn.
Hai cổ phiếu hút dòng tiền và có tiến triển giá khả quan nhất là MWG với 508,3 tỷ đồng, giá tăng 1,71% và EIB với 105,2 tỷ giá tăng 2,47%. Còn lại vài cổ phiếu đáng kể là PET tăng 4,54% với 69,4 tỷ; DRC tăng 3,63% với 33 tỷ; BMP tăng 2,05% với 23,7 tỷ; TCH tăng 1,87% với 42,8 tỷ; VNM tăng 1,5% với 89 tỷ; DBD tăng 1,44% với 30,6 tỷ; VIX tăng 1,33% với 110,6 tỷ.
VNM đang là cổ phiếu blue-chips mạnh nhất của VN-Index, kéo lại khoảng 0,5 điểm cho chỉ số. MWG đứng thứ hai với mức tăng 1,71% do vốn hóa kém đáng kể. VNM sáng nay quay đầu tăng từ đáy 2,5 tháng sau nhịp điều chỉnh hơn 9% kể từ đỉnh tháng 8/2024. MWG có phiên tăng thứ hai liên tiếp sau nhịp điều chỉnh xấp xỉ 9%. Ngoài hai trụ này, rổ VN30 chỉ còn 8 mã khác tăng giá với biên độ nhẹ. VN30-Index chốt phiên giảm 0,01% với 10 mã tăng/14 mã giảm. Phía giảm giá có 3 mã giảm quá 1% nhưng may mắn là đều ít ảnh hưởng do vốn hóa nhỏ. Đó là SSB giảm 2,01%, PLX giảm 1,75%, HDB giảm 1,1%, VJC giảm 1,04%.
Diễn biến giằng co của VN-Index sáng nay chủ đạo là do nhóm vốn hóa lớn nhất cân bằng được. Trong 10 mã vốn hóa hàng đầu thì chỉ 4 mã giảm, 4 mã tham chiếu và 2 mã tăng. Không mã nào trong số này giảm quá 0,3% nên tác động không nhiều. VCB, BID, VHM, CTG là 4/5 mã lớn nhất thì tham chiếu.
Do đại đa số cổ phiếu cũng như tới gần 72% thanh khoản sàn HoSE tập trung ở nhóm dao động tăng giảm rất ít nên thị trường sáng nay là cân bằng. Thanh khoản xuống thấp cũng cho thấy áp lực bán đã nhẹ đi nhiều so với chiều hôm qua giúp khả năng giữ giá thuận lợi hơn. Ví dụ sàn HoSE hiện đang có 11 cổ phiếu thanh khoản cao nhất vượt 100 tỷ đồng thì chỉ 4 mã đỏ, còn lại vẫn xanh. Phân bổ vốn tổng thể ở nhóm 156 mã xanh khoảng 48,1% giá trị sàn và ở 166 mã đỏ khoảng 38,2% giá trị sàn.
Nhà đầu tư nước ngoài có phiên sáng thứ 4 bán ròng liên tiếp trên HoSE với -123,9 tỷ đồng. Giao dịch rút ròng tập trung tại VCB -31,6 tỷ, FPT -30,5 tỷ, HDB -23,7 tỷ, MSB -22,4 tỷ, DBC -21,8 tỷ. Phía mua ròng có hai mã đáng chú ý là MSN +52,6 tỷ và MWG +32,6 tỷ.
Bidiphar khoe lợi nhuận quý 3 tăng 5%, mục tiêu 4 ngàn tỷ doanh thu vào 2030
Tại hội thảo tiếp xúc nhà đầu tư tổ chức vào sáng 26/09, CTCP Dược - Trang thiết bị Y tế Bình Định (Bidiphar, HOSE: DBD) công bố kết quả ước đạt quý 3 và lũy kế 9 tháng đầu năm 2024. Trong đó, quý 3 ghi nhận tăng 5% lãi trước thuế, trong khi kết quả lũy kế giảm nhẹ trên nền cao.
Chia sẻ tại hội thảo, Tổng Giám đốc Bidiphar Phạm Thị Thanh Hương cho biết trong 5 năm qua, DBD đã thay đổi chiến lược bằng cách tập trung vào hàng công ty sản xuất. Trước đây, DBD thực hiện cả sản xuất và kinh doanh thuốc ngoài, nhưng sau này định hướng mở room cho cổ đông ngoại tới 100%, nên Công ty thu hẹp lại, tập trung vào hàng sản xuất.
“Về số liệu, doanh thu có thể chưa lớn, nhưng tỷ lệ mặt hàng sản xuất tăng trưởng là rất nhiều. Trong 5 năm, DBD tăng trưởng 178%, tương ứng là lợi nhuận tăng lên”, bà Hương chia sẻ.
Với kết quả quý 3, DBD ước doanh thu hơn 452 tỷ đồng, tăng 10% so với cùng kỳ, trong đó doanh thu thuốc tự sản xuất ở cả hai kênh ETC (thuốc kê đơn) và OTC (thuốc tại quầy) đều tăng trưởng tốt. Lãi trước thuế ước đạt hơn 80 tỷ đồng, tăng trưởng 5%.

9 tháng đầu năm 2024, Doanh nghiệp ước đạt doanh thu thuần gần 1.27 ngàn tỷ đồng, tăng trưởng 5.1% so với cùng kỳ. Trong đó, hàng công ty sản xuất ước đạt hơn 1.15 ngàn tỷ đồng, tăng 6.1% so với cùng kỳ. Doanh thu kênh ETC và OTC tăng trưởng lần lượt 8.6% và 1.7%. Riêng thuốc mua ngoài tiếp tục giảm 15.6%, và “phù hợp với định hướng” – theo bà Hương.
Mục tiêu 4 ngàn tỷ doanh thu vào 2030, vươn lên top 3 doanh nghiệp dược uy tín
Kế hoạch đối với một số sản phẩm chủ lực, lãnh đạo Bidiphar cho biết hiện tại đã hoàn thành nhà máy thuốc trị ung thư theo tiêu chuẩn GMP-EU, và đang trong lộ trình xin chứng nhận. Hiện nay, Bidiphar đã có 16 hoạt chất, 2 dạng bào chế là thuốc tiêm và thuốc tiêm đông khô, đang bán cho các bệnh viện lớn, gồm cả các bệnh viện trung ương và Bệnh viện K.
Với dòng sản phẩm kháng sinh, có 37 hoạt chất, 82 sản phẩm và 4 dạng bào chế, được các bệnh viện đầu ngành sử dụng như Bệnh viện Trung ương Huế, các BV Nhiệt đới TW, viện đa khoa tỉnh...
Dòng thứ 3 là dung dịch thẩm phân máu, gồm thẩm phân phúc mạc và thẩm phân máu, DBD đang đứng thứ 2 thị phần mảng này, được nhiều bệnh viện lớn sử dụng.
Các dòng sản phẩm này, tỷ trọng doanh thu đối với thuốc ung thư đang chiếm 20% và top 1 về thị phần doanh nghiệp nội địa (chỉ thua 5 doanh nghiệp nước ngoài); thuốc kháng sinh chiếm khoảng 28% tổng doanh thu, nắm 2.05% thị phần kháng sinh toàn quốc; thuốc dịch thận chiếm khoảng 10%.

Định hướng đến 2030, lãnh đạo DBD cho biết Công ty sẽ nâng vị thế từ top 5 lên top 3 doanh nghiệp dược uy tín nhất. Bên cạnh đó là hoàn thành xin chứng nhận GMP-EU cho 3 dây chuyền, gồm thuốc ung thư, thuốc vô trùng thể tích nhỏ, thuốc tiêm Non–Betalactam. Đồng thời, đạt doanh thu trên 4 ngàn tỷ đồng vào năm 2030.
Thực tế vào năm 2023, Bidiphar từng đặt mục tiêu tới 5 ngàn tỷ đồng doanh thu vào 2030, có nghĩa mức mới thực chất là giảm đi. Giải thích cho điều này, bà Hương chia sẻ kế hoạch thực chất sẽ thay đổi tùy theo tình hình thực tế, và mô hình kinh doanh của Bidiphar từ 2023-2024 đã có nhiều biến động.
“Định hướng kinh doanh ngoài đang ngày càng ít đi. Đối với nhà đầu tư nước ngoài lại mong muốn hàng được phân phối, nên ở thời điểm đó chưa biết thế nào. Còn về định hướng, chúng tôi theo hàng tự sản xuất”.
Một nguyên nhân khác là tiến độ xin cấp chứng nhận GMP-EU cho các nhà máy đang hơi chậm nên phải điều chỉnh lại kế hoạch, theo bà Hương. “Vì GMP-WHO và GMP-EU có các tiêu chuẩn khác nhau, nên hồ sơ phải điều chỉnh và hoàn thiện từ đầu. Yêu cầu của các báo cáo là khá cao, nên phải làm rất thận trọng, kỹ lưỡng để đáp ứng yêu cầu hồ sơ. Chúng tôi đang triển khai, nhìn chung là chậm một chút so với kế hoạch, nhưng sẽ sớm đạt mục tiêu đề ra” - trích lời bà Hương. Ngoài ra, biến động thị trường cũng có thể khiến mục tiêu đặt ra thay đổi.
Để hoàn tất mục tiêu, DBD đề ra kế hoạch cụ thể: 2024-2026, hướng đến vận hành hiệu quả nhà máy thuốc ung thư đã được khánh thành; giai đoạn 2026-2027, hoàn thành đầu tư nhà máy vô trùng thể tích nhỏ theo chuẩn GMP EU, đồng thời hoàn thành đầu tư mới trung tâm nghiên cứu sản phẩm R&D, QA&QC (kiểm soát chất lượng). Đây là những điểm nhất, là đòn bẩy của DBD khi ứng dụng khoa học công nghệ, đi đầu và tạo ra sự khác biệt.
2025-2028, DBD dự kiến hoàn thành nhà máy thuốc viên Non-betalactam, và đầu tư vào một số hạng mục khả thi, giúp cho công ty phát triển; Tiếp tục mở rộng các vùng trồng dược liệu và các sản phẩm dược liệu.
Cùng với việc đầu tư, DBD sẽ phát triển sản phẩm mới, là yếu tố quan trọng nhất. Định hướng của DBD là sẽ hướng đến các dòng sản phẩm mới (first generic – tức trong nước chưa ai làm). Thứ 2 là các sản phẩm có kỹ thuật bảo chế cao – thuốc đặc trị, hiện đang phải nhập ngoại. Đây là định hướng của Bộ Y tế và đang chỉ đạo DBD thực hiện.
Ngoài ra là các sản phẩm chủ lực như thuốc viên, sẽ phát triển 2 dòng thuốc tác dụng tại đích, đồng thời thực hiện chuyển giao công nghệ thuốc công nghệ sinh học để điều trị ung thư.
Với sản phẩm dịch thận, DBD muốn phát triển các sản phẩm mới, có công thức gốc, cùng với việc nhượng quyền (patent) từ đối tác Thụy Sĩ để phát triển thuốc mới, mang lại lợi ích tốt hơn cho bệnh nhân chạy thận. Mảng này đã ký kết hợp tác rồi rồi, hiện đang trong quá trình chuyển hồ sơ nghiên cứu để triển khai các bước kế tiếp.
Về dòng kháng sinh, sẽ phát triển sản phẩm mới, phù hợp với mô hình bệnh tật tại Việt Nam và phù hợp với nhu cầu từ kênh bệnh viện.
Các sản phẩm dược liệu khác sẽ được đầu tư phát triển nguồn dược liệu theo chuẩn GACP hữu cơ. Bước đầu, trong năm 2024, công ty con về dược liệu của DBD đã có những dấu hiệu tích cực trong việc đưa ra sản phẩm mới cũng như sự hỗ trợ địa phương để phát triển nguồn. DBD cũng sẽ đẩy mạnh việc nhận chuyển giao công nghệ với các đơn vị có patent nghiên cứu, là định hướng quan trọng đẩy nhanh phát triển sản phẩm mới theo đúng định hướng của Bidiphar.
Cập nhật tình hình chào bán riêng lẻ hơn 23 triệu cp
ĐHĐCĐ 2024 của Bidiphar đã thông qua kế hoạch phát hành riêng lẻ 23.3 triệu cổ phiếu cho tối đa 5 nhà đầu tư chứng khoán chuyên nghiệp (tương ứng 31.12% lượng cổ phiếu đang lưu hành). Cổ phiếu bị hạn chế chuyển nhượng 1 năm từ ngày hoàn thành đợt chào bán.
Giá chào bán cụ thể được HĐQT xác định theo thỏa thuận trực tiếp với các nhà đầu tư nhưng không thấp hơn 50,000 đồng/cp. Nguồn vốn huy động được sẽ được dùng để bổ sung vốn đầu tư cho hai dự án theo thứ tự ưu tiên (i) Nhà máy sản xuất thuốc vô trùng thể tích nhỏ (tổng vốn đầu tư 840 tỷ đồng) và (ii) Nhà máy OSD Non – Betalactam.
Cập nhật về phương án này, ông Trương Thanh Liêm – Thành viên HĐQT Bidiphar cho hay Công ty vẫn đang tiếp tục triển khai với các nhà đầu tư chiến lược.
“DBD đang triển khai các bước là gặp gỡ nhà đầu tư, ký kết bảo mật, chào bán rồi thẩm định, đàm phán bước cuối rồi chốt deal. Hiện nay, chúng tôi vẫn đang tiến hành với các nhà đầu tư cả nước ngoài và trong nước. Ưu tiên ở đây là các công ty dược, với tiêu chí hỗ trợ, đồng hành, cam kết với Bidiphar lâu dài, và cũng có kinh nghiệp về ngành để phát triển Công ty. Do các biện pháp bảo mật nên tôi không thể chia sẻ chi tiết” – trích lời ông Liêm.
Trước câu hỏi về mức giá 50,000 đồng/cp, cao hơn thị giá ngày 26/09 khoảng 13% (44,100 đồng/cp), ông Liêm cho rằng điều này dựa trên lịch sử với top 5 các công ty dược được cổ phần hóa.
“ĐHĐCĐ 2024 đã thông qua mức giá này. Ngoài ra là các chỉ số tài chính và từ đối tác, tùy theo tình hình thị trường. Với các thương vụ khác trong lịch sử, PE khoảng 26-27 lần, hay EV/EBITDA khoảng 19.6 lần, P/B khoảng 3.5 lần. Đây là cơ sở cho mức giá này” – theo ông Liêm.
Có nên nắm giữ DBD, PVD và HDG?
Các công ty chứng khoán (CTCK) khuyến nghị tăng giá mục tiêu DBD do hoạt động kinh doanh nửa cuối năm 2024 sẽ cải thiện nhẹ; mua PVD do kỳ vọng ghi nhận lãi tỷ giá trong quý 3/2024; nắm giữ HDG do mảng năng lượng được kỳ vọng phục hồi mạnh mẽ từ nửa cuối 2024.
DBD: Giá mục tiêu 45,000 đồng/cp
SSI Research cho rằng hoạt động kinh doanh của CTCP Dược - Trang thiết bị Y tế Bình Định (BIDIPHAR) (HOSE: DBD) trong nửa cuối năm 2024 sẽ cải thiện nhẹ, vì Thông tư 07 (TT07/2024/BYT, ban hành vào cuối tháng 5 bởi Bộ Y tế) được kỳ vọng sẽ giúp bệnh viện công tăng cường mua sắm. Hơn nữa, kênh OTC được kỳ vọng sẽ tăng trưởng nhanh hơn nửa đầu năm 2024 nhờ sự kết hợp của yếu tố mùa vụ và mức nền thấp của năm ngoái, nhưng vẫn sẽ bị kìm hãm do chi tiêu thắt chặt.
SSI Research ước tính doanh thu và lãi sau thuế năm 2024 của DBD lần lượt là 1.74 ngàn tỷ đồng và 284 tỷ đồng, cùng tăng 6% so với năm trước. Đơn vị nghiên cứu này cũng đưa ra dự báo doanh thu thuần và lãi sau thuế năm 2025 của DBD lần lượt đạt 1.9 ngàn tỷ đồng (tăng 9%) và 318 tỷ đồng (tăng 12%), với giả định cả kênh ETC và OTC đều vượt qua mức năm 2024. Điều này có thể dẫn đến biên lợi nhuận được cải thiện, trong khi chi phí thuế giảm nhờ ưu đãi thuế tại nhà máy thuốc ung thư mới.
Dự phóng kết quả kinh doanh của DBD đến năm 2025
Trong ngắn hạn, SSI Research kỳ vọng tăng trưởng doanh thu và lợi nhuận quý 3/2024 của Công ty lần lượt là 8% và 14%, do doanh thu kênh bệnh viện có khả năng tiếp tục tăng. Cho cả nửa cuối năm 2024, SSI Research cũng đưa ra mức kỳ vọng mức tăng trưởng tương tự.
Còn trong dài hạn, việc tạm thời ngưng tiếp nhận hồ sơ thuốc mới sẽ kết thúc vào tháng 11/2024, giúp DBD có thể có những số đăng ký thuốc mới. Chứng nhận EU – GMP, các nhà máy sản xuất mới, và khả năng phát hành riêng lẻ cho các nhà đầu tư chiến lược là những yếu tố thúc đẩy tiềm năng của DBD. SSI Research kỳ vọng DBD sẽ tăng trưởng với tốc độ CAGR là 8% trong giai đoạn 2024-2028.
Kết hợp phương pháp DCF và P/E mục tiêu 15x, SSI Research khuyến nghị tăng giá mục tiêu đối với cổ phiếu DBD lên 45,000 đồng/cp.
Mua PVD với giá mục tiêu 33,500 đồng/cp
CTCK BSC kỳ vọng trong quý 3/2024, Tổng CTCP Khoan và Dịch vụ khoan Dầu khí (HOSE: PVD) sẽ ghi nhận lãi tỷ giá do diễn biến tỷ giá hạ nhiệt khi trong quý 2, Công ty lỗ tỷ giá 66 tỷ đồng (chiếm 32% lợi nhuận trước thuế quý 2) trong bối cảnh đồng USD tăng 4.6% từ đầu năm. Tuy nhiên, đến ngày 12/09, diễn biến tỷ giá đã hạ nhiệt nhanh chóng, đồng USD giảm giá về mức 24,565 VND/USD, chỉ tăng 1% so với đầu năm. Vì thế, BSC kỳ vọng trong quý 3, PVD tiến hành hồi tố một phần khoản lỗ tỷ giá trong nửa đầu năm 2024, ước tính khoảng 40 tỷ đồng.
Mặt khác, Công ty tiếp tục giữ kế hoạch đầu tư giàn khoan mới với vốn đầu tư 90 triệu USD. Hiện tại, PVD vẫn đang tìm giàn khoan với giá phù hợp, do đó, thời gian mua giàn dự kiến vào quý 4/2024 (lùi 1 quý so với kế hoạch trước).
BSC tiếp tục nhận thấy tốc độ tăng giá thuê giàn tiếp tục xu hướng tăng chậm lại khi giá thuê của khu vực Đông Nam Á và của PVD chỉ tăng lần lượt 1% và 4% so với quý trước. Mức tăng so với đầu năm lần lượt là + 8% YTD/ +6% YTD của khu vực Đông Nam Á và PVD. Tuy nhiên, giá thuê giàn vẫn ở mức cao so với quá khứ nên BSC kỳ vọng mức nền lợi nhuận cao vẫn được đảm bảo. Đồng thời, BSC dự báo giá thuê giàn khó giảm trong ngắn và trung hạn do nhu cầu thuê vẫn có xu hướng tăng nhẹ trong khi nguồn cung không đổi.
Hiện giá thuê giàn của PVD trung bình quanh mức 98,000 USD/ngày. Ban lãnh đạo chia sẻ trong trường hợp PVD ký giàn mới, giá ký có thể đạt mức 110,000 USD/ngày.
Do các giàn khoan đều đã chốt giá thuê giàn cố định trong suốt thời hạn hợp đồng, nên tăng trưởng của PVD sẽ đến từ các giàn ký giá thuê mới 2025 với giàn PVD III và 2026 với giàn PVD I, PVD II, PVD VI. Ban lãnh đạo cũng chia sẻ một số giàn khoan đã có hợp đồng dài hạn sau năm 2026 tuy nhiên chưa chốt giá cho thuê giàn.
BSC dự báo doanh thu thuần và lãi sau thuế năm 2024 của PVD lần lượt đạt 7,930 tỷ đồng và 768 tỷ đồng, tăng 36.5% và 42% so với kết quả năm trước. EPS dự phóng là 1,236 đồng/cp.
Còn đối với năm 2025, CTCK này dự báo PVD sẽ ghi nhận lần lượt 9,219 tỷ đồng doanh thu thuần và 875 tỷ đồng lãi sau thuế, tăng 16% và 14% nhờ giàn khoan mới sẽ hoạt động trong 6 tháng của năm 2025. EPS dự phóng khoảng 1,410 đồng/cp.
Với dự phóng trên, BSC đưa ra khuyến nghị mua đối với cổ phiếu PVD, giá mục tiêu 33,500 đồng/cp.
Nắm giữ HDG với giá mục tiêu 31,200 đồng/cp
CTCK Tiên phong (TPS) cho biết mực nước tại các hồ thuỷ điện lớn của CTCP Tập đoàn Hà Đô (HOSE: HDG) hiện tương đối ổn định dù vẫn dưới mực nước dâng bình thường nhưng cao hơn đáng kể so với mực nước chết. Tại hồ thuỷ điện Sông Tranh 4 mực nước đang ổn định, mực nước tại Đăk Mi 2 có xu hướng cải thiện dần từ đầu tháng 8/2024. La Nina, đi kèm với gió và mưa nhiều, sẽ giúp mực nước của các hồ thuỷ điện cải thiện từ đó đảm bảo cho kế hoạch phát điện của các nhà máy được ổn định cả về công suất phát và sản lượng trong nửa cuối 2024.
Với nhóm điện tái tạo, gồm điện mặt trời và điện gió, TPS cho rằng sản lượng điện gió của HDG sẽ tốt hơn trong nửa cuối 2024 khi tốc độ gió và tần suất gió xuất hiện nhiều hơn. Trong khi với điện mặt trời, kết hợp với hiện tượng La Nina, TPS cho rằng sản lượng nửa cuối 2024 sẽ thấp hơn 23% so với nửa đầu năm do số giờ nắng và cường độ thấp hơn.
Dựa trên những phân tích trên, TPS dự phóng doanh thu mảng năng lượng nửa cuối 2024 của HDG sẽ phục hồi 24% so với cùng kỳ, đạt 1,149 tỷ đồng; sản lượng điện dự kiến tăng 29.6%.
Hai dự án điện mặt trời của HDG gồm Hồng Phong 4 và SP Infra 1 đều bị vướng rủi ro pháp lý. Cụ thể, Thanh tra Chính phủ chỉ ra sai phạm tại dự án Hồng Phong 4 liên quan đến việc xây dựng nhà máy trên đất dự trữ khoáng sản, hiện TPS cho biết chưa thấy cập nhật mới về kết luận cuối cùng. Tuy nhiên, về mặt pháp lý, dự án Hồng Phong 4 có đầy đủ giấy tờ pháp lý, từ phê duyệt quy hoạch, phê duyệt thiết kế, lựa chọn địa điểm, cấp đất cho đến nghiệm thu xây dựng và ký hợp đồng bán điện, do đó rủi ro là không lớn, theo Ban lãnh đạo chia sẻ.
Với dự án SP Infra 1, dự án này nằm trong danh sách các dự án điện mặt trời được hưởng cơ chế giá khuyến khích (FIT) không đúng đối tượng. Tuy nhiên đến thời điểm hiện tại, TPS nhận thấy những chuyển biến tích cực về vấn đề pháp lý của SP Infra 1, khi dự án này không được đề cập trong danh sách các dự án mà EVN phải cung cấp tài liệu, thông tin cho Cơ quan An ninh điều tra, Bộ Công an hồi tháng 8/2024. Do đó, CTCK này thực hiện điều chỉnh lại giá bán điện của dự án SP Infra 1 về lại mức giá FIT = 9.35 USDcent/kWh trong mô hình dự phóng/định giá để phán ánh giảm rủi ro điều chỉnh giá bán điện.
HDG hiện có khoảng 7 dự án điện gió đang trong quá trình nghiên cứu, chuẩn bị đầu tư như Ea H’Leo 1 + 2 (57MW), Phước Hữu (50MW), Hướng Phùng (30MW), Sóc Trăng (40MW), An Phong (300MW), Bình Gia (80MW) và 7A mở rộng (21MW), các dự án đều được phê duyệt trong Quy hoạch điện 8 (QH8), điều này cho thấy dư địa tăng trưởng mảng năng lượng của HDG còn rất lớn.
Tuy nhiên, các chính sách giá cho năng lượng tái tạo hiện đã hết hiệu lực, trong khi mức giá chuyển tiếp đối với điện gió trên bờ và ngoài khơi đang thấp hơn 18% so với giá khung FIT theo QĐ 39/2018. Điều này đang gây khó khăn cho công ty trong quyết định triển khai dự án do hiệu suất sinh lời chưa hấp dẫn. Hiện công ty vẫn đang chờ công văn hướng dẫn thực hiện QH8 và cơ chế giá mới cho năng lượng tái tạo, theo đó HDG sẽ triển khai khi nhận thấy chính sách giá mang lại hiệu quả đầu tư khả thi.
Với mục tiêu thúc mạnh nguồn năng lượng tái tạo và để đạt tỷ trọng đã đề ra trong QH8 cùng việc thực hiện các cam kết về Net Zero tại Hội nghị COP26 trước đó, TPS kỳ vọng Chính phủ sẽ sớm ban các chính sách ưu đãi nhằm hỗ trợ cho nhà đầu tư trong thời gian tới.
Đối với mảng bất động sản, theo TPS cập nhật, giai đoạn 3 của dự án Hado Charm Villas hiện vẫn chưa được mở bán, và khả năng cao HDG cũng sẽ chưa mở bán trong cuối năm 2024 do (1) dự án Hado Charm Villas có vị trí đẹp, là dự án duy nhất mà HDG còn có thể đưa vào kinh doanh, tiềm năng tăng giá còn lớn nhờ hạ tầng xung quanh, biên lợi nhuận cao. Do đó, chủ trương của Ban lãnh đạo HDG đã chia sẻ trong ĐHCĐ 2024 là sẽ lựa chọn thời điểm mở bán thích hợp để tối đa lợi nhuận. (2) TPS chưa nhận thấy công ty chịu áp lực về dòng tiền trong giai đoạn cuối năm 2024; khi nợ vay đang trong xu hướng giảm, mảng thủy điện kỳ vọng phục hồi từ nửa cuối 2024.
TPS duy trì kế hoạch mở bán dự án Hado Charm Villas giai đoạn 3 trong nửa đầu 2025, với tỷ lệ bàn giao 70%, phần còn lại được bàn giao trong 2026 như đã đề cập báo cáo gần nhất. Đồng thời TPS thay đổi giá bán trung bình từ 100 triệu/m2 lên 115 triệu/m2 để phản ánh triển vọng thị trường BĐS tốt hơn. TPS ước tính doanh thu toàn bộ dự án đạt khoảng 2,500 tỷ đồng, lợi nhuận đạt 1,200 tỷ đồng.
Đối với 2 dự án Hado Green Lane và Hado Minh Long, TPS chưa nhận thấy chuyển biến đáng kể liên quan đến tiến độ pháp lý dự án. Tuy nhiên, việc Chính phủ ban hành Nghị quyết 80/NQ-CP 2024 về thí điểm thực hiện dự án nhà ở thương mại thông qua thỏa thuận nhận quyền sử dụng đất không phải là đất ở, TPS kỳ vọng sẽ cải thiện tiến độ pháp lý của các dự án trong thời gian tới.
Dựa trên phương pháp định giá từng phần (Sum of the part – SOTP), TPS đưa ra khuyến nghị nắm giữ đối với cổ phiếu HDG với giá mục tiêu 31,200 đồng/cp.
Chứng khoán Bảo Minh dự chi 122 tỷ mua 2 triệu cổ phiếu Bidiphar
CTCP CK Bảo Minh (mã BMS-UPCoM) thông báo giao dịch cổ phiếu của tổ chức có liên quan đến người nội bộ Công ty Cổ phần Dược - Trang thiết bị Y tế Bình Định - Bidiphar (mã DBD-HOSE).
Theo đó, Chứng khoán Bảo Minh đăng ký mua vào 3 triệu cổ phiếu DBD, từ ngày 12/9 đến ngày 11/10/2024 để cơ cấu danh mục đầu tư.
Hiện BMS không nắm giữ bất kỳ cổ phiếu nào của DBD. Nếu giao dịch thành công, CTCK này sẽ sở hữu 3,21% vốn cổ phần của Dược Bình Định.
Về quan hệ, BMS là tổ chức có liên quan tới ông Phan Tấn Thư – Thành viên HĐQT Bidiphar.
Trên thị trường, cổ phiếu DBD đang trong quãng đi quang thời gian gần đây. Chốt phiên ngày 10/9, giá cổ phiếu DBD dừng ở mức 40.800 đồng/cp. Tạm tính theo mức giá này, BMS sẽ phải chi khoảng 122 tỷ đồng để nâng sở hữu tại DBD.
Trước đó, ngày 9/8, KWE BETEILIGUNGEN AG (Switzerland) đã mua 87.000 cổ phiếu DBD. Qua đó, nâng số lượng cổ phiếu nắm giữ tăng từ 7.481.250 cổ phiếu, chiếm 7.99% lên 7.568.250 cổ phiếu, chiếm 8.09% vốn tại DBD.
Tương tự, từ ngày 8/7 đến ngày 1/8, Quỹ Đầu tư Trái phiếu Lighthouse, tổ chức có liên quan tới ông Phan Tấn Thư – Thành viên HĐQT và là Chủ tịch Ban đại diện Quỹ đã mua thành công 80.000 cổ phiếu DBD và nâng số lượng cổ phiếu nắm giữ lên 250.780 cổ phiếu, chiếm 0,268%.
Theo báo cáo tài chính bán niên 2024 đã soát xét, DBD ghi nhận doanh thu thuần đạt gần 817 tỷ đồng, tăng nhẹ 3% so với cùng kỳ năm trước (796 tỷ); Lãi sau thuế đạt khoảng 140 tỷ đồng, giảm nhẹ 2% (143 tỷ đồng).
Năm 2024, cổ đông công ty thông qua doanh thu đạt 2.000 tỷ, tăng 15% so với thực hiện năm trước; lợi nhuận trước thuế đạt 320 tỷ, bằng năm 2023; cổ tức bằng tiền hoặc cổ phiếu là 20%.
Như vậy, so với kế hoạch được ĐHĐCĐ 2024 thông qua, DBD thực hiện được 41% mục tiêu về doanh thu và gần 52% mục tiêu lợi nhuận năm.
Về kế hoạch đầu tư trong năm 2024, Bidiphar dự kiến giải ngân số tiền hơn 842tỷ đồng; trong đó, gần 108 tỷ đồng để đầu tư mua sắm, nâng cấp, sửa chữa bổ sung trang thiết bị cho nhà máy 498 Nguyễn Thái Học; hơn 734 tỷ đồng tiền để đầu tư chuyển tiếp các dự án gồm: Nhà máy ung thư Nhơn Hội (84 tỷ đồng); Nhà máy sản xuất vô trùng thể tích nhỏ (gần 624 tỷ đồng); Tòa nhà văn phòng Bidiphar (16,4 tỷ đồng) …
Đối với các dự án đầu tư mới, Bidiphar có hạng mục đầu tư mới dự án Nhà máy OSD - Non Betalactam, tổng vốn đầu tư 870 tỷ đồng, dành cho dây chuyền sản xuất thuốc uống dạng rắn.
Nhà máy đạt tiêu chuẩn GMP-EU, công suất 1,3 tỷ sản phẩm/năm (tương đương 100 tấn/năm), được xây dựng ở Khu kinh tế Nhơn Hội (TP. Quy Nhơn, Bình Định). Thời hạn hoạt động của dự án đến ngày 21/11/2066.
Chứng khoán Bảo Minh muốn mua 3 triệu cp Bidiphar
CTCP Chứng khoán Bảo Minh (UPCoM: BMS) đăng ký mua 3 triệu cp của CTCP Dược - Trang thiết bị Y tế Bình Định (Bidiphar, HOSE: DBD) trong giai đoạn từ 12/09-11/10/2024, vì mục đích cơ cấu danh mục đầu tư.
Về mối liên hệ, BMS là tổ chức có liên quan đến ông Phan Tấn Thư - Thành viên HĐQT DBD. Trước giao dịch, BMS chưa nắm cổ phiếu nào của DBD. Nếu giao dịch thành công, Doanh nghiệp sẽ sở hữu 3.21% vốn DBD.
Phiên sáng 10/09, giá cổ phiếu DBD đang được giao dịch quanh mức 40,900 đồng/cp. Với mức giá này, ước tính BMS cần chi khoảng 123 tỷ đồng để hoàn tất giao dịch.
Bidiphar được thành lập vào năm 1995 trên cơ sở hợp nhất Công ty Dược Vật tư Y tế Bình Định và Xí nghiệp Dược phẩm Bình Định theo Quyết định của UBND tỉnh Bình Định. Công ty chính thức chuyển đổi sang hoạt động theo mô hình công ty cổ phần từ năm 2014.
Hiện tại, DBD nằm trong nhóm các doanh nghiệp có tiếng tăm của ngành dược phẩm Việt Nam, sở hữu chuỗi nhà máy và dây chuyền sản xuất đạt chuẩn GMP-EU, bao gồm nhà máy sản xuất thuốc điều trị ung thư.
Tại ĐHĐCĐ 2024, Bidiphar đã lên kế hoạch giải ngân số tiền hơn 842 tỷ đồng để đầu tư. Theo kế hoạch, nhà máy được khởi công vào năm 2025.
Về tình hình kinh doanh, DBD là một trong những doanh nghiệp ngành dược báo lãi kỷ lục năm 2023, với 269 tỷ đồng lãi ròng, tăng 10% so với nền cao năm trước. Sau nửa đầu 2024, Doanh nghiệp đạt 817 tỷ đồng doanh thu, tăng 3% so với cùng kỳ; lãi sau thuế 140 tỷ đồng, giảm 2%, chủ yếu do khoản lỗ từ công ty liên doanh liên kết khiến lợi nhuận quý 2 giảm nhẹ. So với kế hoạch được ĐHĐCĐ 2024 thông qua, DBD thực hiện được 41% kế hoạch doanh thu và gần 52% mục tiêu lợi nhuận năm.
Quỹ iShares ETF loại DBD, chỉ còn giữ 1 mã cổ phiếu Việt
Từ 19-26/08/2024, iShares Frontier & Select EM ETF (iShares ETF) - quỹ ETF chuyên tập trung vào các cổ phiếu thị trường cận biên và mới nổi - bán nốt lượng cổ phiếu DBD đang nắm giữ. Danh mục thời điểm này chỉ 1 mã cổ phiếu Việt, trong bối cảnh chuẩn bị đóng quỹ.
Thay đổi cổ phiếu của quỹ iShares ETF từ 19-26/08/2024
Cụ thể, Quỹ bán toàn bộ 9,900 cp DBD còn nắm giữ trong danh mục. Mã cổ phiếu Việt duy nhất còn lại trong danh mục của iShares ETF là VND, với 161,747 cp. Giá trị tổng tài sản thời điểm ngày 26/08 chỉ còn gần 227 triệu USD, giảm so với mức 231 triệu USD ghi nhận vào ngày 19/08.
Quỹ iShares ETF đã liên tục bán mạnh cổ phiếu Việt kể từ ngày 11/06/2024, khi gã khổng lồ quản lý tài sản BlackRock thông báo Quỹ ETF sẽ ngừng giao dịch, không còn chấp nhận các lệnh tạo và mua lại chứng chỉ quỹ sau khi thị trường đóng cửa ngày 31/03/2025. Thông báo cũng nhấn mạnh lộ trình có thể thay đổi.
Sau thông báo đóng quỹ, gã khổng lồ BlackRock bất ngờ chạm cột mốc ấn tượng: tài sản quý 2 lập kỷ lục 10.65 ngàn tỷ USD. Thành tích này được hậu thuẫn bởi sự tăng trưởng mạnh mẽ của thị trường chứng khoán và dòng vốn đổ mạnh vào các quỹ ETF của công ty.
Bức tranh kinh doanh quý 2/2023 của nhóm doanh nghiệp ngành dược tỏ ra phân hóa khá đồng đều. Trong khi những tên tuổi lớn tỏ ra lép vế trước cái bóng quá lớn từ năm trước, vẫn có nhiều đơn vị đạt thành quả tích cực.
Theo thống kê từ VietstockFinance, trong số 32 doanh nghiệp ngành dược công bố kết quả quý 2/2024, có 16 cái tên đạt lợi nhuận tăng trưởng (3 trường hợp từ lỗ thành lãi), 14 đơn vị giảm lãi, và 2 cái tên thua lỗ.
Chật vật vì cái bóng năm cũ quá lớn?
2023 là năm các doanh nghiệp ngành dược nhận tin vui. Những thuận lợi về chính sách cũng như thị trường đã giúp nhiều đơn vị tăng trưởng mạnh, thậm chí lãi kỷ lục. Nhưng cũng chính điều này đã vô tình tạo ra cái bóng quá lớn, để rồi nhiều cái tên phải lùi bước trong năm nay.
Kết quả kinh doanh nhóm doanh nghiệp ngành dược trong quý 2/2024
Đơn cử, Dược Hậu Giang đạt lợi nhuận ròng 192 tỷ đồng trong quý 2/2024, giảm 27% so với cùng kỳ - thời điểm lãi quý cao thứ 2 lịch sử. Giải trình, DHG cho biết, sức mua trong quý 2 năm nay giảm đáng kể do người dân thắt chặt chi tiêu, trong khi lãi suất tiền gửi giảm mạnh dẫn đến doanh thu tài chính đi lùi. Ngoài ra, từ tháng 5/2024 nhà máy Betalactam mới vào hoạt động đã làm tăng các chi phí ghi nhận ngay, cùng các khoản chi phí cho nhà máy Nonbetalactam để nâng tiêu chuẩn lên EU-GMP.
Tương tự, Imexpharm từng lập kỷ lục lợi nhuận trong quý 2/2023 (đạt gần 80 tỷ đồng), thì quý 2 năm nay chỉ lãi 66 tỷ đồng, giảm 17%. Doanh nghiệp cho biết, lợi nhuận giảm một phần do tăng giá vốn hàng bán khi IMP chủ động điều chỉnh hàng tồn kho phù hợp với bối cảnh thị trường OTC (thuốc không kê đơn) trầm lắng; ngoài ra là do khấu hao nhà máy IMP4 theo kế hoạch, và tăng giá hoạt chất.
IMP đi lùi vì cùng vì mức nền cao năm trước
Traphaco cũng có kỳ kinh doanh giảm nhẹ với khoản lợi nhuận 67 tỷ đồng, lùi 7% so với cùng kỳ. Tuy vậy, kết quả này thực chất cao hơn 2 quý gần nhất. Đồng thời, mức nền năm trước cũng rất cao, khi lãi ròng 2023 của TRA là mức cao thứ 2 lịch sử, chỉ thấp hơn 2022.
Một ví dụ khác là Vidipha V. Trước “cái bóng” là khoản lãi kỷ lục cùng kỳ, Doanh nghiệp kết thúc quý 2/2024 với khoản lãi chỉ 16 tỷ đồng, giảm tới 44%.
Dù vậy, vẫn có nhiều cái tên tỏa sáng trong quý 2, thậm chí báo lãi lớn. Như Dược Việt Nam (Vinapharm, UPCoM: DVN) lập cột mốc mới với khoản lãi 249 tỷ đồng, tăng 56% so với kỷ lục cùng kỳ. Nguyên nhân do Doanh nghiệp đã cải thiện được lãi gộp, tăng doanh thu tài chính, trong khi tiết giảm được nhiều mảng chi phí và có thêm lợi nhuận từ các công ty liên kết.
DVN phá kỷ lục lợi nhuận lập ra tại cùng kỳ
DTP cũng có quý lãi cao thứ 2 lịch sử, đạt 64 tỷ đồng, tăng trưởng 32%. Doanh nghiệp cho biết, việc tung ra nhiều sản phẩm mới và đẩy mạnh bán hàng trên các kênh đã giúp doanh thu tăng trưởng tốt. Mặt khác, DTP kiểm soát tốt quy trình bán hàng, vận chuyển, nhờ vậy chi phí bán hàng tăng nhẹ; đồng thời tiết kiệm được chi phí lãi vay nhờ kiểm soát tốt dòng tiền và lãi vay giảm.
Tập đoàn F.I.T nằm trong số các đơn vị tăng lãi mạnh nhất với 36 tỷ đồng , gần gấp 2 lần cùng kỳ. Trong đó, mảng kinh doanh thuốc và thiết bị y tế mang lại gần 300 tỷ đồng doanh thu trong quý 2, hơn cùng kỳ 16%.
FRT cũng là một cái tên đáng chú ý. Doanh nghiệp lãi ròng 27 tỷ đồng, phục hồi mạnh so với khoản lỗ 219 tỷ đồng cùng kỳ. Trong đó, chuỗi nhà thuốc Long Châu được mở rộng, tăng 463 nhà thuốc so với cuối quý 2/2023, và mang lại doanh thu tăng 67% so với cùng kỳ.
Về bức tranh lũy kế, nhìn chung không có nhiều thay đổi so với quý 2. DVN và DTP vẫn lãi lớn, lần lượt đạt 330 tỷ đồng và 123 tỷ đồng, tương ứng tăng trưởng 34% và 39%. FRT lãi 66 tỷ đồng (cùng kỳ lỗ 224 tỷ đồng) với đóng góp quan trọng từ Long Châu. Còn các doanh nghiệp giảm lãi trong quý 2 như IMP, TRA hay DHG vẫn tiếp tục giảm lãi.

Vẫn còn động lực
Dù phần lớn các lợi thế của ngành dược đã diễn ra vào năm 2023, nhưng các chuyên gia dự báo vẫn còn nhiều triển vọng tích cực. Như IQVIA - một trong những đơn vị ngành dược nắm số liệu ngành lớn nhất thế giới – đưa ra nhận định tăng trưởng ngành được dự báo có tốc độ CAGR 6-8% trong giai đoạn 2023-2028.
Động lực cho sự tăng trưởng này gồm 3 yếu tố. Đầu tiên, nhu cầu dược phẩm và các sản phẩm chăm sóc sức khỏe đang tăng cao, do Việt Nam có quy mô dân số lớn, tốc độ già hóa tăng, kéo theo nhu cầu chăm sóc, điều trị dược phẩm của người dân tăng mạnh. Thứ 2, chính sách hỗ trợ ngành dược của Chính phủ đang hết sức quan tâm. Chiến lược quốc gia phát triển ngành dược Việt Nam giai đoạn đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn đến 2045 được phê duyệt đã vạch ra định hướng rõ ràng cho giai đoạn tăng trưởng tiếp theo của các doanh nghiệp. Ngoài ra, quá trình hội nhập quốc tế đang tạo điều kiện rộng mở để nhóm ngành dược mở rộng ra các thị trường nước ngoài. Với Hiệp định thương mại tự do FTA, ngành dược được mở rộng mạng lưới phân phối, gia tăng độ phủ thương hiệu, để tăng cường hợp tác quốc tế.
Tháng 2/2024, Chính phủ đã công bố Kế hoạch thực hiện Chiến lược Quốc gia phát triển ngành Dược Việt Nam, với năng lực sản xuất nội địa được kỳ vọng đáp ứng 80% nhu cầu dược phẩm trong nước và chiếm 70% giá trị toàn thị trường vào năm 2030. Kế hoạch này mở ra cơ hội cho các doanh nghiệp sản xuất, có thể kể đến như IMP, DBD, TRA hay DHG. Do vậy, động lực tăng trưởng trong các quý sắp tới là vẫn còn, bất chấp cái bóng lớn từ quá khứ.
