What should I do when I spot falsified trades?

FastBull stands firmly against fake trades and false trade descriptions. You can report to us or contact our customer service if you spot any forms of fake trading records.

Why can't I link to some brokers' account?

If a broker has a large compliance risk (such as regulatory doubts, frequent complaints, false advertising, etc.), FastBull will actively stop supporting the broker, and you will not be able to bind a trading account under such a broker. You should understand that although FastBull has conducted a preliminary verification of the broker, it does not guarantee that every broker it supports is qualified and compliant. The choice of broker is entirely the user's own behavior and has nothing to do with FastBull.

What should I do if my trading account is already linked?

If your trading account is already linked, please change your trading password or read-only password on MT4/MT5/FastBull, and another user occupying your account will get disconnected. Then please re-link your trading account at FastBull.

Please take care of your account and password and prevent identity theft.

Why does the system show "Overtime Error" when I link my trading account?

In most cases, it is due to poor network connection or unexpected changes in trading servers. Please give us your feedback if the issue remains unsolved.

Why is my trading data wrong?

The ways by which the orders are processed may vary from broker to broker, thus affecting the data calcualtion, though FastBull has optimized some of them. For instance, some brokers may list swap fees as a withdrawal/deposit fee, or regularly generate "archive" orders. Please give us your feedback if you spot any of these circumstances.

What operations should be avoided on signal accounts when trading?

When trading, avoid the following operations:

1. Use partial closing and hedging closing, which may cause additional opening and closing operations for followers, and even signal loss and duplication.

2. Trade uncommon products, such as stocks, futures, stock index CFDs, etc. Different brokers support different numbers of products, and the product names may also vary greatly. If you trade some uncommon products, it may cause followers to be unable to follow orders.

3. Ultra-short-term and high-frequency trading. Since brokers' trading rules and product quotations may vary greatly, ultra-short-term trading under different brokers often produces widely different trading results.

Warning: Signal accounts must not perform partial closing or hedging closing operations, otherwise they will face account suspension.
