Costar Mentioned That The EU Will Provide An Additional 4.2 Billion Euros To Ukraine This Month To Support Its Finances. Starting From January Next Year, The EU Will Provide Ukraine With 1.5 Billion Euros In Assistance Each Month, With These Funds Coming From The Earnings Of Frozen Russian Assets
