[Government Efficiency Department Structure Revealed: Reorganization Of The United States Digital Service, Establishment Of Interim Organization With Doge Team] January 21St, According To Official Sources, Based On The Powers Granted To The President By The U.S. Constitution And Laws, An Executive Order Has Been Issued To Establish The Department Of Government Efficiency (Doge) To Implement The President'S Doge Agenda, Leveraging Modern Federal Technology And Software To Maximize Government Efficiency And Productivity. The Structure Of The Department Of Government Efficiency (Doge) Includes:· Restructuring And Renaming Of The United States Digital Service. The United States Digital Service Is Now Renamed The United States Doge Service (Usds) And Will Be Established Within The President'S Executive Office.· Establishment Of An Interim Organization. A Usds Administrator Will Be Established Within The President'S Executive Office, Reporting To The White House Chief Of Staff. Further, In Accordance With Chapter 5, Section 3161 Of The U.S. Code, An Interim Organization Named The "United States Doge Service Interim Organization" Will Be Established. The United States Doge Service Interim Organization, Led By The Usds Administrator, Will Work To Advance The President'S 18-Month Doge Agenda. The United States Doge Service Interim Organization Will Terminate On July 4, 2026. The Termination Of The United States Doge Service Interim Organization Shall Not Be Construed As Terminating, Modifying, Or Weakening Other Authorities Or Provisions Of This Order.· Doge Teams. Following Consultations With The Usds, Each Agency Head Shall Establish A Doge Team Consisting Of At Least Four Employees Within Their Respective Agencies, Which May Include Special Government Employees. Team Members Must Be Hired Or Assigned Within Thirty Days Of The Issuance Of This Order. Agency Heads Shall Collaborate With The Usds Administrator To Select Doge Team Members. Each Doge Team Typically Includes A Doge Team Lead, An Engineer, An Hr Specialist, And A Lawyer. Agency Heads Shall Ensure That The Doge Team Lead Coordinates With The Usds And Provides Guidance To Their Respective Agency Heads On Implementing The President'S Doge Agenda
