The Aircraft Provided Intelligence, Surveillance And Reconnaissance Support At The Request Of The Philippines. At The Time Of The Accident, The Aircraft Was Performing Routine Tasks To Support US-Philippines Security Cooperation Activities. The US Indo-Pacific Command Said That There Were Four People On Board, Including An American Soldier And Three Defense Contractors, And No One Survived The Accident.
