Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Real Estate, Technology and Biomed sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 fell 0.53%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO), which rose 4.71% or 5,070.00 points to trade at 112,770.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Sapiens International Corporation NV (TASE:SPNS) added 4.43% or 430.00 points to end at 10,130.00 and Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA) was up 4.31% or 1,010.00 points to 24,460.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE), which fell 14.61% or 9,130.00 points to trade at 53,380.00 at the close. Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:AZRG) declined 7.90% or 2,410.00 points to end at 28,110.00 and Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT) was down 2.52% or 750.00 points to 29,030.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 267 to 187 and 82 ended unchanged.
Shares in Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 4.71% or 5,070.00 to 112,770.00. Shares in NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) fell to 3-years lows; falling 14.61% or 9,130.00 to 53,380.00.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.61% or 0.44 to $72.54 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.63% or 0.48 to hit $76.52 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.63% or 18.39 to trade at $2,954.49 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.34% to 3.55, while EUR/ILS rose 0.83% to 3.71.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.54% at 106.48.
